URL White-labeling

A product or service, where the provider of the service purchases a fully supported product from another source, then applies its own brand and identity to it, and sells it as its own product. The purchaser assumes the seller is selling its own product.

In-order to white-label your URL, you have created a CNAME record in your DNS zone file to point your vanity URL to your Solutions Infini domain.

Quick  guide to setting up Solutions Infini on your own URL

Step 1: Creating a CNAME record in your DNS Zone File

Login to your Domain Control Panel.

Go to the section which says DNS or Name Servers.

Create a new DNS record and point your URL to map-alerts.smsalerts.biz / map-promo.smsalerts.biz.

Alias Name: Enter the sub-domain name for your alias. For example, if you want to use a vanity support URL like alerts.mycompany.com, enter "alerts" as your alias name.
Point to Host Name: Type @ to directly map the alias to your domain.

Save changes to your DNS records.

Note that these instructions may vary a bit based on your domain registrar. If you are unable to find a way to add the DNS record, get help from your webmaster or your server administrator.

Step 2: Setting up your URL in Alerts

After creating the CNAME record, login to your alerts admin account.

Go to +Reseller  > URL white labeling > Click (+) New and edit details (Icon, updated domain url ).

Under Portal URL type your vanity URL (alerts.mycompany.com).

Click Save to save the new settings and to start using your own sms service.

Once done, you can verify your changes by entering your support URL in this page and looking up your CNAME records.
